Due to the nature of fragrance products, we maintain strict quality standards.Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- You received the wrong product
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The product must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we inspect and approve the returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used fragrances
- Opened or tampered products
- Change of mind
